This establishment comes very highly recommended. I broke down nearby and they were very very helpful all-round. Very well run and managed, with very friendly and efficient staff. Sam The manager runs a really good show here.

The place is meticulous. It's so clean and the technicians are precise.Best service I have had on my car, which beat the dealer attention to detail by far. I won't ever go back to a dealer for a service ever again. This is my repairer from here on.One of the best repairers in Australia by far.

I had my BMW X5 serviced here today and the customer service was impeccable. Admittedly I know very little about cars, but Tim was able to explain everything in layman's terms, making me feel comfortable and assured every step of the way. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy team of mechanics, I highly recommend Automotive Hospital. As an added bonus, my car came back sparkling clean.

110% would recommend Automotive Hospital. They have taken care of all the vehicles in my whole family for a couple of years or so now. Not once have we had any issues with their services and they have always gone the extra mile to take care of us, they are very honest and will always give you there best advice in regards to anything concerning your vehicle. Professional, value for money and great to deal with.My wife found AH when she required a last minute pink slip so she dropped in unannounced and the team completed it straight away. She was impressed and told me of her experience. At the same time I was becoming disenchanted with taking my car to the dealer service centre - they charge a premium and about every second time I went there I had the take the car back due to something that they hadn't finished. As a result I've been going to AH for a few years now and have been impressed by the professionalism of the team. They are genuinely committed to their trade and to the quality of their product and service, and this is evidenced by the by the fact that the same crew have been there for a long time, as opposed to the revolving door at most dealers. I always drive my car away knowing that it has been in safe hands.

What can I say going to a proper Mechanic compared to dealerships, is like night and day! Thank you so much guys for your outstanding work, will never take my new car to dealerships again, looks like they only wash my car and take my money! So I took my B Class to Tim for a major service today - I’ll never go to MB Sydney again. Tim knew who I was when I walked in the door and didn’t pay massively inflated prices so I’m really impressed. Painless and reasonably priced experience - 5/5

Called in on Tim for advice on a transmission issue with an X3. He and his team quickly identified the likely problem, advised on the repair options, gave an estimate of the price all without pressure or expectation. Overall, Tim provided honest, fair, real world advice. I'll happily deal with him again.

Being an Automotive dealer I am time poor. I simply made one call in the morning and spoke with Tim (Owner) and within 1 hour my car was having its Blue Slip taken care of. Friendly, professional and experienced. I have spent over 15 years personally working at high end prestige dealerships and the level of service I received was phenomenal. Automotive Hospital was able to diagnose and fix a difficult problem with my BMW where other well-respected independents had failed. And at a very good price. After many disappointing experiences over the years in trying to find a service centre I could trust, I can finally rely on this one. From the start I was surprised by the time Tim (Owner) put into understanding my concerns and being so transparent about everything even just over the phone. On the day, my experience was flawless from the time I walked in to the time I got to drive my immaculate coupe out, feeling new again. Noticed a difference in the way it drove immediately and was for once left feeling like it was money well spent for the items it required.Would highly recommend Automotive hospital to people who value honesty, want things done right and appreciate a positive, professional service.
